• Under normal use, product damages due to materials and workmanship are covered by the limited warranty
  • Warranty applies to purchaser only and is not transferable
  • General warranty is 1 year
  • Changed and defaced invoices will be considered invalid
  • When the purchaser uses the warranty service, the original invoice must be provided to the Eyewear Shop or pickup point.
  • When all damaged products or accessories should be repaired and replaced free of charge, Eyewear Shop can exercise its discretion to make the final decision. Any risks or other incidental charges on the repaired products that exceed the upper limit must be fully borne by the purchaser
  • All decisions made by Eyewear Shop regarding services are final. Buyers agree to be bound by it. Any replacement products and accessories are the property of Eyewear Shop and related shops.
  • Warranty Exclusions: Including but not limited to improper use of the product, modification of optional accessories by non-authorized persons, negligence or misuse, natural disasters and all other force majeure factors
  • The color of the product may be different from the actual situation, everything is subject to the actual product
  • When the warranty period expires, Eyewear Shop and its stores will not be responsible for subsequent warranty
  • Eyewear Shop reserves the right to change or cancel the terms without notice
